Competition time - comp for the best pic from Heidleberg

OK, now we can start our compeitions.
Pleas ad your best photo of Heidleberg ( notfrom the compeition but from the schloss or around town. Don't forget to ad some test here so we know who's pic is whose.

What you need to bring, if you think of anything else please add it to the list

a backpack or shoulder bag that can fit you lunch, rain coat etc in
a book to read and some music
a couple of click seal plastic bags for dirty clothes or wet items
a photocopy of your passport and any credit or bank cards you bring
a shirt with sleeves (short or long are ok but no singlet tops) for riding lessons
as an alternative you can get an overseas sim card for germany which charges calls from germany rather than Australia
ASA approved helmet
at least one jumper in case it is cold
camera
emergency phone numbers and contaCt details
gloves
hand luggage on the plane - don't foreget the restrictions in place that relate to the type of items you can take and the size of the containers
it's a good idea to have at least 2 sources of money so a few travellers cheques or a travel card as well as some cash and a card you can access ATM's in Germany from is a good idea
jodhpurs or breeches
lightweight clothes for warm weather
locks for all bags - make sure they are airport security compatible, combination locks are often best so you can't lose the key
luggage labels for all bags
Notebook to write down places we visit, people we meet and information you learn from our guest speakers
phone card or plenty of credit on your mobile, remember to cedhck if you have global roaming, also rem,ember that you will be charged for incoming as well as outgoing calls so it can be very expensive
rain coat
Riding boots (top boots or gaiters and short boots are fine)
sand shoes, joggers or walking shoes
sandles or thongs (jandles I think in NZ)
shady hat
spurs if you usually ride with them
sunscreen ( it will be quite hot in July)
swimming costume and towel, if you have a swmming cap bring it in case it is compulsory to wear one ( some pools require you to wear a cap- even if it looks daggy)
toiletries
travel insurance and a copy of contact numbers for the insurnacve company
traveller washing concentrate
